What we collect

  • Consultation requests: the name, company, email address, area of interest and message you enter in the contact form.
  • Emails: the content and contact details of messages you send us.
  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and time of access to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
  • Visit statistics: aggregated, cookie-free statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not identify you.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your request and prepare a possible collaboration — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To run, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interest in a reliable, safe site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.

How long we keep it

Consultation requests and related emails are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless a contract follows, in which case statutory retention periods apply. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, security and form processing.
  • OVHcloud — email hosting for [email protected].
  • Email delivery provider, if used for the contact form — delivering form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) — web fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies
